Perimeter Security

• Are all boundary fences in good condition with no gaps?
• Is there electric fencing on vulnerable perimeter sections?
• Are vehicle entry points controlled by automated gates or barriers?
• Is the perimeter well-lit with no dark spots?
• Are there warning signs for electric fencing and CCTV?

Access Control

• Do all entry points have access control (keypads, fobs, or biometric)?
• Are access credentials immediately revoked when staff leave?
• Is there an audit trail showing who entered and when?
• Are magnetic locks installed on high-security areas?
• Can access be managed remotely?

CCTV & Monitoring

• Does CCTV cover all entry/exit points?
• Are cameras recording in HD with night vision?
• Is footage stored for at least 30 days?
• Can cameras be viewed remotely on your smartphone?
• Are cameras regularly maintained and cleaned?

Gates & Barriers

• Are automated gates serviced annually?
• Do safety sensors work correctly (anti-crush)?
• Is there intercom access for visitors?
• Is there a manual override for emergencies?
• Are barrier arms or bollards in place for vehicle control?

Emergency Preparedness

• Do you have 24/7 emergency call-out cover for security systems?
• Are backup batteries working on gates and access control?
• Is there a fire-safe fail-open system on magnetic locks?
